We provide a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of local users. Our aim is to enable you to get the best from today's technology by helping you select the appropriate equipment and ensuring you are competent using your computer and its software. We will show you how to keep your system running at optimum performance.
Hours-of-business:
The office is open 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and 10 to 4.00pm Saturday. However if your call is urgent or required outside these hours please telephone to discuss your requirements.
Internet
Getting connected: selecting the right equipment and Internet Service Provider.
Web Site: design, construction, maintenance and registration.
Repairs
A fast efficient service, with most common components carried in stock. When an immediate repair is not possible but you are reliant on your equipment we will endeavor to provide a replacement, on loan, while the repair is undertaken.
Equipment Advice
If you are thinking of buying a PC or wish to
upgrade your existing system we will give impartial advice on
what is suitable for your needs. We will explain the equipment in
clear simple terms to ensure you do not purchase unnecessary items.
Sales ~ Buyers Guide
Problem solving
Our fault diagnosis and resolution service will solve problems where programs fail and help you recover when things go wrong.
Training
We provide one-to-one tuition on all aspects of computing. There is no set course syllabus, as everyone's needs are different. For novice users we recommend a few 1½ hour sessions to get you started on the right foot, but sessions can be a long or short as required.
